The villa’s use of materials like Bormes stone, natural wood, grey concrete, and brown metal allows it to blend harmoniously into its surroundings. The access paths and retaining walls are crafted from locally quarried brown ochre stone, with a mineral matte finish tile from Mosa’s Core Collection Quartz, resembling sandy textures with crystalline particles.
To unify the design, the architect recommended using the same tile for both interior and exterior surfaces. The non-glossy finish of the Core Collection Quartz catches the light beautifully, creating a soft effect across the villa.
The tile’s grain resembles sand, with shimmering crystalline particles adding a refined, natural texture
