TRANSFORMATION PROJECT

At this beautiful house located in Vejle, Kaark architects manages to demonstrate how creativity and willingness can preserve the existing building mass and at the same time achieve a modern and up-to-date result. We at Fredsted Studio have supplied the natural stone floors, Grigio Bottarga Sviluppi to this transformation project.

The house itself has undergone a major renovation and is hardly recognizable. All surfaces have been updated with excellent materials, with natural stone adorning most rooms, while warm wooden floors provide an inviting atmosphere in the living room and bedrooms. The bright and stylish interior is in sharp contrast to the raw floors, which accentuates the interior.

The different levels and ceiling heights in the house create an exciting and dynamic spatial experience, while the large window section to the south opens up a breathtaking view of the forest and inlet.
