Mosa

Mosa is a Dutch manufacturer of ceramic tiles for floors, walls and façades, with roots dating back to 1883. For more than 140 years, the company has combined technical innovation, sustainable production and a clear aesthetic language. Today, Mosa is recognised as a leading producer of architectural ceramics, used in private, commercial and public buildings worldwide.

All tiles are still designed, developed and produced in Maastricht, where Mosa was founded. Here, local production principles are combined with a global outlook, and collaboration with architects and designers begins early in the process. This close dialogue supports solutions that are precisely aligned with each project’s function, context and architectural ambition.

Material Expression

Mosa works exclusively with pure, carefully selected raw materials, creating ceramics defined by durability, wear resistance and low environmental impact. The entire range is developed according to Cradle to Cradle® principles, where circularity, responsible resource use and future recyclability are embedded in both design and production. The tiles contribute to architecture that remains relevant over time — both functionally and visually.

Innovation plays a central role in Mosa’s identity. Through continuous research and product development, both aesthetic and technical boundaries are challenged. Colours, surfaces and formats are developed with precision, offering architects a high degree of creative freedom without compromising on quality or longevity.
