PAYMENT METHODS

At fredstedstudio.com, we accept the following payment methods:

Dankort, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Apple Pay, MobilePay

All payments are processed securely, and any applicable card fees will be stated at checkout. The total amount will only be charged when your order is dispatched from Fredsted Studio. You will never be charged more than the amount approved at the time of purchase. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include 25% VAT.

SHIPPING

SHIPPING POLICY

All packages are primarily shipped by PostNord. For larger and heavy items, other shipping dealers can occur.
Freight prices are suggestive prices, since this can vary depending on quantity and volume of the bought items. For the exact shipping cost, please proceed to the checkout and find the defined freight for your order.
We aim to send your order right away. Orders in-stock at our warehouse is handled within 3-5 business days. We do not deliver to any PO boxes.

If the delivery in any way looks damaged, please accept the delivery with reservation. If the contents of the package are damaged, please contact us at info@fredstedstudio.com
For larger object or furniture, the delivery will happen to the curbside of the delivery address. You will be contacted regarding delivery time and details before the shipment. Please make sure that someone is home at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is present at the agreed delivery time, your order may be returned to our warehouse. If this occurs, please contact us for further assistance.

 

CANCELLATION

The right to cancellation expires two weeks  after the date of delivery. If your order contains more than one package, the right of cancellation expires 14 days after the last product is delivered . If the expiration date is not on a business day, it will be extended to the following business day.

You are also allowed to use the below attached standard return form, which are then to be filled and send to the email address above.

Your notification shall include your invoice number which are to be found on your order confirmation.
You will follow your notice to Fredsted Studio A/S receive a confirmation of your cancellation upon which you have two weeks to resend the product.

RETURN

RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return your order, you must return the product within two weeks after having informed us about your cancellation.  Fredsted Studio does not cover any costs associated with the return of your order. You will be responsible for any damage there may occur under transportation. Therefore, we recommend you to use a trackable shipping service as well as insuring the return.

For larger items, please contact us if you need assistance with the shipment. We recommend that the products are returned in original packaging and in its original condition. If not, a decrease in the value of the product can occur. Please make sure that the order confirmation/invoice number is clear and visible on the return of shipment.

You are also allowed to return your order yourself. In such case it can be returned at:

We do only accept parcels to the above-mentioned address unless otherwise is agreed with our customer service.

 

GOODS EXCLUDED FROM RETURN

Your right to cancellation of orders does not apply for products made-to-order/custom-made orders or products which in any other way are specified for you.  Your order for such made-to/custom-made product is binding upon your acceptance of order. Fredsted Studio A/S will for your purchase of such made-to/custom-made products always have prior correspondence with your, prior to sending you a final order confirmation. If you do not immediately reject such order confirmation, your order will be binding and no return or cancellation is possible.

 

REFUNDS

We only accept refunds for standard products purchased from the webshop which we have received from you within the deadline of 14 days following your notification. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, a confirmation will be sent to Your email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please be aware that we are allowed to deduct an amount in your return if the returned Goods in any way are not resalable either due to damage under your return, your use or handling of the goods while in your possession, lack of original packaging or other use making it possible to resell the goods at full price.

We do not return samples purchased in the webshop. Samples are for one-time use only and therefore not resalable.

COMPLAINTS

We provide a 2-year right of complaint for errors and defects in the delivered product.  Errors and defects arising from normal use must be notified within a reasonable time after the error or defect is discovered and no later than 24 months after purchase. The right to complaint does not include errors and defects arising from normal wear and tear.

Your complaint should, in detail include information about the problem with the product and when and how the problem is shown. Pictures are requested in case the defects are visible. You are to complain about a product within reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the product.If your complaint is accepted, you will receive a return label in order for you to return the product without any cost for you.

For larger items, custom-made products, Fredsted Studio are entitled to seek to remedy the defects by repair. Such will be arranged in cooperation with you, but it is for Fredsted Studio to decide whether remedy shall take place at your place or have the Gods send to Fredsted Studio.
