MUTINA - CERAMIC TILES

Mutina is an Italian design house creating ceramic tiles in collaboration with some of the world’s leading designers. Collaboration lies at the heart of the brand’s identity, with each collection developed as an independent exploration of the possibilities of ceramics, offering new perspectives on materiality, form and architecture.

Rooted in the Italian ceramic tradition, Mutina challenges conventional ideas of tiles and surfaces. Each collection emerges from a close dialogue between different creative disciplines and is characterised by an exploratory approach to form, texture, colour and format.

Mutina works with ceramic surfaces as an integral part of architecture. Developed with a deep respect for the inherent qualities of the material, the collections bring depth, rhythm and character to spaces through subtle details and carefully considered compositions.

The brand’s collaborations include some of the most influential designers of our time, including Patricia Urquiola, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, Konstantin Grcic, Michael Anastassiades, Inga Sempé and Tokujin Yoshioka. A strong design integrity and a continuous curiosity to explore the possibilities of ceramics connect each collection.
