CERAMIC FACADES
The GouweZone office complex, developed by Ericis, is a benchmark for sustainable and energy-efficient design. Completed in 2012, it was the first to meet Ericis’ “positive building” standards, delivering low-energy, long-lasting office spaces with high comfort.
Fredsted Studio proudly provided the ceramic facade cladding, featuring a ventilated facade system using Mosa’s Terra Maestricht tiles. This system offers durability and energy efficiency by incorporating an air cavity between the cladding and insulation. The earthy tones of the Terra Maestricht tiles complement the building’s innovative design.
Terra Maestricht consists of six earthy colors – from cool to warm and from porcelain white to reddish-brown. With striking and vibrant color gradations and pronounced or subtle designs.
