A material dialogue shaped by tone and texture

This renovation unfolds as a carefully composed interplay between warm wood surfaces and refined mineral elements. The flooring is crafted in Solid Top | Stone Oak from the Greige Collection. With a total thickness of 20 mm and a 5,5 mm solid oak top layer, the generous 300 mm wide planks establish a calm and grounded rhythm throughout the interior.

The ceiling continues in the same Stone Oak tone, in a lighter construction of 11 mm with a 1,5 mm solid oak top, installed in 100 mm widths and lengths of 1400–1500 mm. This nuanced repetition of material creates cohesion without monotony. Floor and ceiling speak the same language, framing the architecture in warmth. In the kitchen, Grigio Bottarga with a velvet surface introduces a refined mineral counterpoint. Soft to the touch yet visually robust, the stone adds quiet contrast and tactile depth. The detailing is completed with CEADESIGN ETW37 and MIL207 in satin stainless steel.
