S232 is a solvent-free impregnating agent that minimizes the absorption of water, dirt, oil, and grease on both soft and hard natural stone surfaces, concrete, terracotta-fired clinker, and unglazed tiles. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, it ensures that the color and texture of the surfaces remain unchanged.

Use
Turn off any underfloor heating two days prior to treatment. Clean the surface and allow it to dry, ensuring a maximum moisture content of 4-6%. Shake S232 thoroughly before use. Apply S232 evenly with a mop or lint-free cloth. For highly absorbent surfaces, repeat the application after 12 hours. For less absorbent surfaces, remove any excess sealing before it dries. A thin film may form on the surface, which should be rinsed away with clean water after 12 hours (do not use cleaning products).
Test the product on a small, hidden area to assess its effectiveness and coverage. Do not apply when temperatures are below 12°C or above 25°C.
Drying time: Approximately 8-12 hours, depending on room temperature and air circulation.
Important: Avoid walking on the floor until it is fully dry. The oil- and water-repellent properties will develop within 48 hours. Once cured, the product is harmless to health.
Always adhere to HMK’s recommended usage and application guidelines. Before treatment, clean the floor thoroughly with HMK R155 Primer (acid-free). For ongoing cleaning and maintenance, we recommend using HMK P324 Precious Stone Soap.
Store in a frost-free environment and keep out of reach of children.
