Cora Bench
The Cora Bench, designed by Emanuel Gargano and Marco W. Fagoli, features a unique design crafted from Travertino Noce. The seat is created from two pieces of the same stone block, hollowed out and assembled to replicate the natural veneer while reducing weight.
The upper part’s shape is derived from a 3D rendering, guiding a 5-axis machine to rough-hew the pieces accurately. The final monolith is hand-finished, with smooth sides and a polished top that highlights the stone’s beauty.
With a parallelepiped form, the CORA bench can be customized to fit various dimensions, making it a versatile seating option that adds a touch of elegance to any space.
